As per the recommendation of the Thiruvananthapuram District Legal Services Authority, five individuals from the Ninth Ward of Thiruvananthapuram General Hospital, who were receiving care as destitute patients, have been admitted as new inmates of Kidangannur Karunalayam Ammaveedu.
Karunalayam Ammaveedu extended timely support to these individuals at a critical moment, as they had no place to go after completing their hospital treatment.
The five homeless persons now under the care of Karunalayam are 74-year-old Sivashankara Pillai, 56-year-old Gopinathan, 75-year-old Bhaskaran, 58-year-old Ajitha Kumari, and 70-year-old Prabhakaran.
