On 5th June 2023, World Environment Day was celebrated at Karunalayam Ammaveedu with great enthusiasm. The programme was inaugurated by retired teacher and writer Mr. M. K. Kuttappan, who presented a sapling to the Chairman of Karunalayam Ammaveedu and recited a poem by the renowned poet Mr. Kadammanitta.
On this occasion, Karunalayam Chairman Mr. Abdul Aziz, Manager Mrs. Dhanya, and the staff members planted saplings, making this year’s Environment Day celebration a memorable and meaningful event for the community.
